The Pittsfield Community Tennis Association (Pittsfield CTA), founded in 2005, is an organization created to promote the growth of the sport of tennis in the Pittsfield Community. Our CTA is registered with the United States Tennis Association (USTA). A USTA Community Tennis Association is "any incorporated, geographically defined, not-for-profit, volunteer-based tennis organization that supports or provides programs which promote and develop the growth of tennis."
We offer a five week summer program which provides inexpensive tennis lessons for both adults and children, taught by top area college and high school players and other volunteers. We have an affiliation with the City of Pittsfield's Parks Department and the Pittsfield School Department, which enables us to use the Pittsfield public and school courts.
